Grading Policy
Course Modules:
Each course module includes a Training Video and Review Questions.
The Training Video provides the core content for the module.
Review Questions serve as an assessment to ensure understanding of the module’s content.
Review Questions:
There are a total of four review questions available for each module.
Out of these four questions, three must be answered correctly to pass the review questions.
Students are allowed to attempt the review questions two times to achieve the required passing score.
Review questions will appear randomly from a question bank, ensuring variety in each attempt.
Final Quiz:
Final quiz has 10 Questions, each question is worth 10 points.
Users (Trainees) are required to achieve a minimum score of 80% to pass the final quiz.
In case of a failure to achieve the required passing score, final quiz can be taken again (Two times Maximum)
Grading Criteria:
To successfully complete a course at Asaseeyat Academy, the user must pass the final quiz for each course.
Final Quiz: A passing grade is 80% or higher on the final quiz, and the highest score from two attempts will be considered.
There are different type of questions such as : Single choice, Multiple choice, fill the blank, Match, Drag & Drop and Essay. All questions are worth 10 points each. The system will mat h the user’s answer with the correct answer and give the points accordingly. It is a Ten points or Zero.
Review Questions: Although it has a required minimum score to pass, if user fails to receive the required minimum score, the system will allow to move on to the next module. Failure in the review questions does not prevent users from receiving the completion certificate of the course if earned the required score in the final quiz.
Re-taking Courses:
Students who do not meet the passing criteria for either the final quiz or review questions may retake the course.
Re-taking a course will require repeating all modules and assessments, including the final quiz and review questions.
This grading policy is designed to ensure that students have a solid understanding of the course content and can demonstrate their knowledge through both the final quiz and review questions. It also allows students a fair opportunity to retake assessments if needed to achieve the passing grade
